We used to be a team of developers. However after taking on a few initial projects without a dedicated project manager / scrum master, analyst and testers team, we quickly realized that it is not enough. It took few trials and errors to determine all the responsibilities we need to take care of and how to distribute them between us. But eventually we became a fully functional mobile development team with stable outputs and ability to solve platform specific problems on Android / iOS.
